CGC's directors, Steve Ebsworth and Tom Sarginson, have over ten years of experience in the Asian golfing industry, having been event managers for numerous PGA golf tournaments across the region.

Concept Golf Company was proud to become the official and exclusive distributor for Full Swing Golf simulators in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei as of April 2006.

At Concept Golf, we act as a single point of contact for all things Full Swing Golf and indoor golf in the region. Our customers not only enjoy support from Concept Golf, but also benefit from the expertise and experience of the manufacturer's Full Swing Golf themselves in the US for the lifetime of the simulator.

We pride ourselves on providing a professional service to our customers at all times. Whether you are making initial enquiries, wish to make a purchase, need assistance with planning your installation or centre layout, or need our help at any time in the future, you will also find us ready, willing and able to provide you with the assistance you require.

Our services fall into three defined areas:

Pre-Sales:

Supplying full product information prior to order, providing research materials from the many thousands of Full Swing installations around the world, introducing customers to similar users to discuss their experiences of Full Swing, providing demonstration time on a Full Swing Golf simulator, assisting with the design and layout of their venue, advising on purchase options and financing.

Sales & Installation:

Working closely with our customers throughout the ordering process, working with third party designers and contractors to ensure a smooth installation process, installations undertaken by fully qualified and certified staff, and providing customer training in the use and maintenance of the simulators.

Post-Sales:

All after-sales service and support, handling any technical queries our customers may have, providing ongoing support and supplying all Full Swing upgrades to software and hardware, spare parts and replacement components.
